Suggest Treatment For Headaches, Neck Pain And Heavy Feeling In The Arms

I sometimes have a heavy feeling in my arms and legs and also neck and headache pain. I feel weak when this happens, too. It happens more often when I am tired. I have been treated for bone marrow failure in the past but these symptoms are different than the headaches and fatigue I felt from that, I think. Could this be related or more likely something else?
