Suggest Treatment For Headaches And Nausea

I noticed today when I was looking at the back of my throat that my uvula deviates to the right. I have not been feeling well for quite some time (almost 3 months now) with strange headaches, almost constant nausea, and a strange pulling feeling (tightness maybe) in the right side of my face and head. I have a pressure in my head/ears/sinuses that was attributed to a sinus infection and treated accordingly, but with no relief. Within the past few days I can add dizziness with tingling/numbness in my arms and hands. I am looking for any advice you can offer.

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, this could be due to sinusitis but some time this may be associated with hyperacidity and it is advisable to have PPI (Proton pump inhibitor ) and best option would be "Tab Omeprazole with Domperidone 40 /30 mg" once in day, this can be taken with analgesic medicines, try steam inhalation too, hope this information helps, take care.
I find this answer helpful
