I understand your concern. you are very clearly saying about the scan which shows shadows.after a fall and if there is hit on his head most probably there are possibilities of hemorrhage in brain. small clot these shadow area matters and also your partner symptoms matters like loss of consciousness .difficult in speaking and walking.all the should be evaluated by the neuro physician and should be started on proper medication.perhaps it would have easier for us if you could have s end us the scans .
