Suggest Treatment For Headache With History Of Brain Hemorrhage

Before 12 years, I got an accident and got a minor brain hemorrhage, and i was admitted in hospital for 5 days & after that I was on rest for 3 months, right now I am 31 years old man and when ever I thinks deeply, I gets pain in my head and which is not tolerable... so pls suggest what I can do?

I read your question carefully and I understand your concern.

Judging from your description that headache seems to be tension type headache. It is the most common type of primary headache often precipitated from stress and anxiety. So what you must do is simply try to relax, engage in activities like yoga. Those are measures which should help reduce the frequency of these headaches. When headaches occur an over the counter pain killer like Ibuprofen is indicated.
