Hi welcome to HCM... According to history it could be sinusitis like infection ...that can lead reffered headache ... If needed para nasal sinus x ray can be done to rule out sinusitis ... Your otoscopy examination also has to be done to rule out Otological causes .... According to cause treatment given... If sinuses or nose mucosa inflammation present than decongestent like phenylephrine can be given... Meanwhile maintain hydration , take rest , enough sleep and adequate meal with avoidence of excess fried food.... Excess stress and constant work on computer can be contributory factor for headache .. Take care Advise : physician or near by ENT surgeon for examination.....
