I have been thirsty despite extra water and cutting down on alcohol intake. I have headaches and somewhat tired. I am carrying about 30lbs more weight than my 5 9 frame should have. I take 40 mg lisinopril daily and 30 mg temazepan to sleep but only getting about 5 hours / night. I take fish oil, visical, multivitamins, and nexium daily. My stool is a brown/khakii color - not bloody - more tinged with a dk khaki green. I have been a drinker in my life, but I have also up until very recently been a big exerciser and healthy eater. I am under a lot of stress - mainly financial. I gave myself a stick urine ketone test yesterday and today and it was negative. I had a full spectrum blood test about 3 months ago and it was OK apart from higher than ave cholesterol. The good cholesterol was high also.
