Suggest Treatment For Headache And Dizziness After Hitting Head
I fell over on Friday night and hit my head, then completely blacked out and woke up in the morning feeling ok but slight headache, it is now Monday and i still have a slight headache but its more fuzzy/dizzy and i feel slightly sick, what should i do?

Hi, you are having post concussive symptoms following head injury.
These symptoms need symptomatic treatment like amitriptyline for headache and stugeron forte for dizziness.
You will be better slowly with time .
Total time to recover is 3- 6 months. sometimes may take a year.
