Suggest Treatment For Headache And Dizziness After A Head Injury

My dad who is a senior got up to turn on a light blacked out and fell hitting his head and arm on the side of the dresser. He has no memory of getting up, he s nausea has not vomited, he has headache and dizziness.he is taking medication so im not sure if its normal to blackout. I not sure what to do please help

I really appreciate your concern, because certain condition such symptoms appears and this are, Transient Ischemic Attack" hypoglycemia, epilepsy, and all these need to be ruled out and differentiated, if he is hypertensive then this could be the reason, condition need to be taken seriously, take care.
