Suggest Treatment For Headache And Breathlessness

Hi suffer from terrible headache and breathlessness (not really sure if it is, but i feel heavy at heart) quiet often ( thrice or 4 times a month). I take pain killer with whihc sometimes it gets fine but some times it would last even after taking medicine. I cant sleep as its paining a lot and there is wierd feeling in my chest.

Well come to HCM
This could be dyspnea, and may be due to heart condition and to ruled out this it is advisable to get done EKG and Stress cardiography, if this is unremarkable then this could be due to anxiety and depression may something else which is age and gender related (Which are missing here ) hope this information helps, take care.
