Hi,
Your hair loss may be either androgenetic in origin or tellogen effluvium. You have not mentioned your gender. If you are male, possibility of androgenetic alopecia is more.
Tension or stress might be the cause of
telogen effluvium.
If there is a history of
male pattern baldness, then the possibilty of androgenetic alopecia is more. Otherwise tellogen effluvium would be the disease.
And the causative factors for telogen effluvium may be stress, anxiety, worries, anaemia, nurptritional deficiencies, internal diseases, thyroid dysfunctions, blood diseases, trauma, surgery or some drugs..
You
consult dermatologist for firm diagnosis.
I usually go as below in my patients...
- thorough investigations to find out some cause.
- Finesteride1mg,biotin 10mg,vitamin E 400 mg and other
vitamins and minerals may be taken in proper doses.
-Apply minoxidil 10% solution twice a day.
- Cleanse the scalp with
ketoconazole shampoo, if there is dandruff.
I feel you might improve after few months treatment. You have to keep patience. I hope you got my answer.
Thanks.
