Suggest Treatment For Hair Growth

I have many questions if you don t mind, but I will ask them one at a time. What is the healthiest way to speed up hair growth, make it thicker, and just overall healthier? I ve tried lots of things to try and make my hair grow faster, thicker, and healthier but nothing seems to work.

Hello,

A healthy diet and a healthy lifestyle are important for healthy hair (no smoking, no alcohol, being active and exercising regularly, fruit and vegetable in diet, etc).

Also, you may take daily multivitamins for hair regeneration. Use an anti-dandruff shampoo if you have dandruff.
If your hair continues to remain thin and unhealthy, you may need to do a CBC to rule out anemia and iron deficiency and also TSH to make sure your thyroid is working well and in females testosterone check to rule out PCOS.

If the tests are normal but still your hair is thin or falls easily you can use minoxidil locally on the hair to help new hair grow.

I hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
