Guidelines for better recover: - Gargles with salted lukewarm water added chlorhexidine benzene - Avoid repeated scrapping with sharp objects - Avoid food stuffs which need to be hardly chewed - Avoid smoking and alcohol if consuming - Take care of avoidance of constipation with high fiber diet and bulk forming laxative - Supplements with multi vitamins, minerals, anti oxidants as zinc, magnesium and others Take care.
