Suggest Treatment For Granulomatous Lung Disease

Hi my sister has granulomatous on her lungs and nose cancer,can this be cause from mold in her home. I have been very worried because when you go in her home the musky smell is very strong and I know for a fact they have had a bath tub draining straight under there house for 8 yrs, please help. .

I can understand your sister's situation and condition.
Granulomatous lung disease can be caused by tuberculosis, fungal infection or sarcoidosis.
Since she is having exposure to moulds, possibility of fungal infection is more.
But better to rule out tuberculosis as it is common in cancer patients due to poor immunity.
So she may need biopsy from the granulomatous lesion to confirm the diagnosis.
First diagnose herself and then start appropriate treatment.
