I have gone through your query and can understand..

As per your complain Geographic Tongue leads to disappearance of tongue Papillae from some portions of tongue leading to bald or smooth appearrenc of tongue.
The exact cause is not known but it is considered to be genetic in origin..
Smoking and drinking can however be more damaging to the condition as it can cause irritation and inflammation of tongue..
The first thing that you should do is to completely withdraw from smoking and drinking..
In case if there is pain or soreness in tongue you can gargle with numbing mouthwash containing Lignocaine, take Ibuprofen for pain and do cold water rinses..
You can appply a steroid ointment over the tongue and take zinc supplements..
Take multivitamin supplements..
Avoid spicy food..
Take time for rest and control stress by meditation and breathing exercises..
If still there is no improvement consult an Oral Physician and get evaluated..

Hope this information helps..

Thanks and regards.
