Suggest Treatment For Gallbladder Stone

Hello Doctor, recently my mom has been diagnosed with one 9mm Stone at Gallbladder, we anyways do not consume any seeds , be it tomatoes,or any fruits. Though my mom has been taking AMWAY calcium suppliments and ayurvedic medication as she ahs osteo-arthritis. Could you please suggest what shall be done?

Hi,

If that stone is not giving any problems like severe upper abdomen pain or severe vomiting or fever spikes, or yellow discoloration of skin, I suggest she may not need to have surgery at this moment. Gall stones are quite common in females between age 45-55 and female sex is alone a big risk factor and may not be due to the medication you mentioned.
