Hi, If you ve been treating yourself to this point using homoeopathic means and things are not working very well then, I would recommend you see an allopathic doctor for a workup and suggestions to help you regain function and strength. Physical and Occupational Therapies would be highly recommended. Unfortunately, no medication exists (homoeopathic or otherwise that is known to kick start motor nerves into working again that have been damaged from a spinal cord injury).
