Suggest Treatment For Frequent Urination And Tiredness After Treating Glandular Fever

Hi there, I was diagnosed by blood test with glandular fever 4 months ago and still battling with fatigue and tiredness. But over the last month I have experienced an increase in urinating and whenever I lie on my back with my hands on my chest my left hand, specifically the pinky and ring finger gets terrible pins and needles and a sensation that runs down to the elbow? It seems to be getting progressively worse. Any explanation for this? Thanks Ryan

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

The frequent urination and tiredness can be related to a urinary tract infection. So, I suggest to do a urinalysis and a complete blood count for further evaluation. Meanwhile, I suggest to drink liquids and take a multivitamin supplement.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi, General & Family Physician
