Hello,

You need to investigate for your symptoms with urine routine microscopic examination, urine culture and USG testes for primary work up.

If urine report detects any causative organism than antibiotic should be given according to the report. Meanwhile, anti-inflammatory medication can be prescribed.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Parth Goswami, General & Family Physician
