Suggest Treatment For Frequent Sneezing

hello, sir i'm 25 yrs old and i'm suffering from sneezing for a last 5 yrs and i take many treatment in alopathy homeopathy and aurveda but i'm not well plz send me your complete add and fee

Hello.

Thank you for asking at HCM.

I went through your history and would like to make following suggestions to you:

1. I usually prescribe such patients regular montelukast and levocetirizine.

2. I would suggest you allergy testing which will help you identify the substances causing allergies to you and also to know the measures to avoid them.

Based on the allergy test, an Allergist-Immunologist may prescribe you allergen specific immunotherapy which works on immune system to improve allergy symptoms gradually over long time.

3. I usually also prescribe my such patients vitamin C for 2-3 months.

4. In general, I would suggest you to avoid exposure to dusts, smokes and air pollution as much as possible.
