General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi

Based on your history, folliculitis which is an infection of hair follicle can be the cause. In case of whitish material coming out of the blister, abscess could be the cause.Multiple abscess can occur in diabetes or chronic diseases like tuberculosis.Antibiotics should be taken to reduce the infection.Local application of antibiotics like neomycin or polymyxin can also be helpful.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
