Cardiologist 's  Response
Hello!

Thank you for asking on HCM!

Regarding you concern, I would explain that your blood pressure seems OK.

But, for making a differential diagnosis of your unpleasant feeling, you need to perform a medical check up by your cardiologist. a careful physical examination, a resting ECG and some blood tests (including CK-MB, Troponin, NTpro-BNP,etc0 would be necessary for the right medical judgement, to rule out any new ischemic events, or a possible appearance of heart failure.

If suspicions are raised, a cardiac ultrasound to evaluate overall cardiac performance, wall motion abnormalities, etc, may be necessary.

You have to discuss with your attending cardiologist about these issues.

Hope to have been helpful! Greetings! Dr. Iliri
