General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Based on the history you have shared, it should be discussed with a surgeon and detailed per rectal examination may be needed. Proctoscopy may also be advised and lexatives, alongside pain killers should be used. Pyodine sitz and local nitroglycerin gels may also be needed.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr. Saddiq Ulabidin, General & Family Physician
