Suggest treatment for fibromyalgia, back pain and neck pain

I have had rls for many years but for the last year it is so bad that if I lay down or sit too long the pain begins. The only way to stop it is to stand up and walk around. I have been on pain meds for many years for fibromyalgia, back and neck pain. Now it also cramps up my feet turning them in and drawing them inwards. What does one do for this? YYYY@YYYY
