Suggest Treatment For Fever, Weight Loss, Burning Throat And IBS

I have been having diarrhea and constipation occasionally for more than a year.. In the last 3 months i have had burning throat every morning..and i have also very weakness feeling for more than a year which became worse for last 2 months..also to mention i have lost 10 kgs of weight in 1 year (60 kgs to 50 kgs)..and i am also having fever at a interval of 3 months.... And lastly to mention all of this started more than 1 year ago in 2016 when i had typhoid... My CBC test came normal (haemoglobin within normal limit) And my crp test came 5.16 Please help!

It looks clearly that you are suffering from hyperthyroidism. You have to fullfill examination with T3, T4, TSH , thyroid ultrasound. Then you need to take medication like Levothyroxine with dose recommend by your endocrinologist doctor.
