Suggest Treatment For Fever, Cold And Cough

My son got fever,cold and cough for almost 4 days and i gave him the over the counter syrup tylenol for fever,hylands 4 kids for cold n cough and equate for allergy relief,,it seems okey after 2 days and now he still again have fever..what over the counter drug antibiotic for further relief of my son and 2 days that he has no bowel movement

This looks like flu,and upper respiratory infection and it should be treated with rest, vitamin c, plenty of fluids and non steroid painkillers. If there is productive cough, you should do lung xrays to rule out pneumonia.
