Suggest Treatment For Fever And Gastric Issues

Hi few days ago i had fever and gastric in a sams time inwent to doctor and checked for dengue fever resukt was negative so they give me somw medicine for my dizziness, jeadache , gastric. After 3 days taking the medicine (last few days no appetite to eat), today my mouth keep getting very dry eventhough i drank quiet lots of water and then my bowel become yellow water every few minutes. Im worry if its something very serious. Seeking some advise. Thanks

Hi,

The signs and symptoms you are having may be due to the initial stage of jaundice due to any etiology. Therefore, in my opinion you should get yourself tested for presence of jaundice as well as the level of your liver enzymes for the condition of liver under guidance of your doctor. If the early testing shows presence of jaundice or raised liver enzymes like SGOT, SGPT, GGT or ALP etc. indicating some liver disorder, then you will be required to be seen by a doctor for evaluating the cause of jaundice and these disorders and treatment accordingly.
