Suggest Treatment For Fever And Chills With Positive Widal Test

My widal blood test S Typhi "o" is positive 1:80 dilution , S Typhi "H" is Positive 1:80 dilution, S typhi "AH" -negative; S typhi "BH" - negative - is it typhoid. I feel very feverish usually in the night and have been on medication for viral fever for the last 10 days

Thanks for posting in HCM.
The WIDAL test report you have posted doesn't seem to state that it is positive for typhoid fever with 1:80 dilution.
You need to repeat it after 3 days to know weather the titres are rising or not. Otherwise, it would be better to do a blood culture to prove that it is typhoid.
It would be better for you to get admitted and treated for typhoid with appropriate antibiotic course. Also you need to be on bland diet for a minimum of 3 weeks to give rest for intestines to heal from the infection.
Kindly consult Physician regarding the same for proper treatment.
