General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

The combination of your symptoms are suggestive as follows:
- Anaemia can really cause so many problems either as primary cause or causing secondary effects as your symptoms suggest.
- Palpitations in heart can be due to primary heart problem or secondary to many a reasons like anaemia, hypoprotenemia or a general disease.
- This reflects in low blood pressure.
- Loss of weight can be anything out of the causes as mentioned above or a general disease like tuberculosis.
- All these conditions will make feel one very weak, fatigued and feeling sleepy all the time, low energy and so on.
I would advise you to consult your Physician for preliminary examination, investigations and get started on specific treatment.
- Get a reference for a Specialist as the causes would be found out.
- Get all the diseases well investigated, treated/corrected.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. T. Chandrakant, ENT & General Surgeon
