Hi Dr, I am facing problems in throat. i saw the symptoms of the thyroid in a link,almost all i am facing since long year.Fatigue or muscle weakness,Hand tremors,Mood swings,Nervousness or anxiety,Rapid heartbeat,Heart palpitations or irregular heartbeat,Skin dryness,Trouble sleeping,Weight loss. Please advise me the better treatment in kerala hospitals

I went through your details. I can understand. All the details you provided are related to anxiety and stress related. Anxiety and stress could be related to hyper thyroidism or hypo thyroidism. You must consult a physician who as a first step determines the cause is organic or psychologic. Physician will have physical examination, pathological tests of your thyroid hormones present in the blood, for glucose level in blood etc. Then he will advise you accordingly. Taking these symptoms as anxiety related is not the correct approach because there are many other causes than simple anxiety. I suggest you to consult a physician immediately. Take care.
