Hi. Thanks for your query. Noted your history of upset stomach for over a week, vomiting in the beginning like car-sickness, extremely tired. Also have Hepatitis C and gone through interferon and ribaviran treatment last year which was not successful. This may be gastroenteritis or severe gastritis with or without ulcers. I would suggest you hte following: First of all get control over the vomiting and nausea by prokinetic like Domperidone, PPI like Omeprazole and antacid gel every three hours. Get an upper GI endoscopy, biopsy and other investigations of blood including that of liver function tests, kidney function and whichever thought necessary by your treating Physician. Get a proper treatment depending upon the clinical evaluation and reports of the investigations.
