Suggest Treatment For Faecal Incontinence

I have a pain in behind the right shoulder blade. it is localized and offers much discomfort. I have been nauseated for weeks and uncontrollable bowels. I have to frequently change my under clothing. My head feels like it is going to explode and tried migraine meds with no effect and also tried many other meds with no relief. What should I do? I had a nerve conduction test and results were normal. I had a MRI of the brain and that came back normal. I am in early menopause since age 30. gallbladder removed several years ago. Micovascular decompression in 09 and a ballon compression in 2010 for trigeminal neuralgia.

Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted the history And understood your concerns.
The most probable cause of headache can be toxemia due to enteritis giving loose stools and nausea.
Noted the story about headache, trigeminal neuralgia and so on.
I would advise you the following:
Send blood sample for typhoid. Malaria and routine work. Sometimes the blood culture and sensitivity helps a lot.
Send stool test for 3 consecutive days.
Proper medications as per the cause that will be found out gives results.
