Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concern...

As per your complain and presentation of symptoms facial numbness, muscle twitching and eye burning are pointing towards a nerve disorder known as FACIAL PALSY..
Facial nerve is a Seventh Cranial Nerve and supplies the muscles of the face and any disorder associated with it like injury to the nerve due to physical trauma, injury by injection needle for giving local anaesthesia for dental treatment, viral infection invading the nerve etc..

It leads to muscle twitching, parasthesia, numbness on the affected side, facial paralysis, difficulty to close eye lid, drying and burning of the eye, saliva drooling etc..

Not all symptoms appears in each patient but many can be seen in one time..

The recovery from the nerve injury depends upon the cause and severity of nerve damage although the exact time in which recovery will take place and whether complete recovery will take place or not is very much unpredictable..

You should consult a Neurophysician and get evaluated and treatment depends upon the cause..

As of now you can do warm compresses over the affected side of face and if the eye feels dry and burn you can use artificial tear drops.
If there is inflammation and redness in eye steroid based eye drops can be used but only after clinical evaluation and supervision of doctor..

Hope this information helps..

Thanks and regards..
