Suggest Treatment For Excessive Sweating, Heart Palpitations And Vertigo

i AM A 80 LADY GOLFER. LATELY WHEN i GOLF AFTER ABOUT 14 HOLES i HAVE THIS EPISODE, I am golfing than my upper stomach starts to cause discomfort, than sweating, dizziness, shakes, heart puloputatios and thing start to spin when I cover my face after putting some ice on my neck and face. I go home and some of the things are somewhat better.

Sudden excesive sweating , palpitation and vertigo in your age may be due to ischemic heart disease..Check your BP and get your ECG done.Better get your self admitted in aheart centre, it is emergency.Treatment is one tab of soluble aspirine in water swallow it.When diagnosed treatment is injection pethidine 100mg iv,Injection nitroglycerine 5 mcg per minute through infusion ,injection metoprolol 1to 2mg per minute,ijection heparin 10000 units iv and injection streptokinase in infusion iv.
