Urologist 's  Response
Hi, you may have premature ejaculation PME. It often occurs in young males due to infrequent intercourse or over-excitement or anxiety. Masturbation will help to decrease the sensitivity. Try diverting your attention to other things during fore-play or early part of intercourse. Using condom helps decrease sensitivity. You can also change your position, see if that helps. There are medications which help to last longer, consult a urologist for the same. Being physically fit also helps, so you should exercise regularly if you can. Take care.
