Hello, The first thing we have to identify the cause for the erectile dysfunction. There are a few reasons. First is a mood or psychiatric disorder, second is the vascular cause ( blood supply), third is underlying medical conditions. A counseling and anterior penile doppler would help in diagnosing the problem. In your case, I would think if there is an underlying medical condition or systemic causes. Please treat that before.
