Suggest Treatment For Erectile Dysfunction
Hi, I got married 4 months ago. Me and my wife are trying to conceive but so far no luck inspite of having sex before, during and after her ovulation period.
Our whole family is deeply sad because there is no good news from us :(.
I used to mastrubate almost daily for 8 years before my marriage, mostly by watching porn movies. I did notice a reduction in my sperm quantity in the last two years and my erecting capacity also not there after first ejaculation but the first erection is hard and lasts for two to three minutes of strocking.
Kindly suggest me how to go forward? Should I visit a fertility specialist and have my sperm analysed?
I am a production manager so my job is stressful. I take lot of chicken, fruits and vegetables.
Kindly help me.

I can understand your concern. First of all I would like to tell you that masturbation has nothing to do with fertility that is one can't loose fertility by masturbation. So dont blame yourself for that.
You have married recently and it is not very common for couples to conceive with in 4 months of marriage and there should be no stress even if your wife is not getting pregnant. Wait for right time and have intercourse during fertile period of your wife and she will become pregnant. If you have any doubts regarding sperms counts then get your semen analysis done from a good lab. This would help to rule out any infertility. Try to remain relaxed and if anything come abnormal visit a fertility specialist.
