Suggest Treatment For Erectile Dysfunction

Hello doctor I m 61 I take 10mg Rozavel to control LDL. I have also been using Sidenafil Citrate 50mg for ED for the last 4 years. For the past 6 months Sidenafil does not help me for ED, I am unable to maintain an erection to satisfiy my partner. Can you give me valuable suggestion for ED management. I am not diabetic, non smoker, no heart or pressure problems and I exercise daiy.

Welcome to HCM!!!
I would suggest you to go in for repeat LDL levels. People with high LDL and use of rozavel too can develop erectile dysfunction. First treat your LDL if it has jumped despite treatment. If LDL is under tight control then it could be rozavel. Ask you physician to change the drug if possible. If it is not possible your psychiatrist can increase the dose of sildenafil. If no benefits with these then get you investigated for other reasons of ED
