Suggest Treatment For Epigastric Pain And Blood In Stools

I'm having epigastric pain and bloody stools for about 4 days. I am prone to constipation and am just not feeling well. I have been diagnosed with MTHFR disease and Factor V Leiden and am only on 1mg of coumadin, 81mg asprin and Metanx. Any thoughts?
