I am aware of your previous query.
Most people with mild MTHFR(Methylenetetrahydrofolate reductase)deficiency require no treatment.Foods are generally fortified with folate so it can compensate.
However,some patient may need to take folate supplementation.Patient may need to take one tablet daily.

Severe deficient cases require aggressive treatment.
