I have got married 13th December, 2013. My wife is 31 and I am 44 yrs. After marriage, she had irregularity of periods in January and February and on March,2014 she had abnormal and painful periods. She went her father s home and returned my home in 5th May. Then on 12th May, 2014 she felt tremendous pain in the left abdomen and the pain gradually spread up to the back side of the waist. I immediately consulted several doctors. As per their advices, I have made her examine of her whole abdomen CT scan , CA-125 and prolactin and ultrasonography of lower abdomen. At last,I came to know about Uterus and Adnexae: Evidence of thick walled complex cystic SOL-s are noted in bilateral adnexae. there is evidence of cyst wall and septal enhancement in these lessions. Ovar9es are not separately visualized. Measurement -Right side = 40x25 mm. Left side = 33x24 mm. Few focal hypodensities are noted in posterior myometrium. Evidence of bilateral spondylolysis is noted at L5 vertebra. focal pleural tag and focal calcification seen in right lower zone. At last I took advice from Prof. S. C. Biswas, MBBS, MD(PGI)FICOG, FIMSA and he suggested Endometriosis. He also advised to take a medicine - Endosis once in a day and promolut N. But taking these two medicines since 30th July my wife had period up to 10th August. Then I communicated with Dr. SC Biswas and he suggested Pause 500 to her. Before marriage, my wife used four medicines such as Dysmen ,Pause 500, Menoguard and Sefstart of and on. About this , it came to my notice later.I could not understand what to do and where to do. At this present juncture, I am at a low and at a fix. My wife every now and then behaves rudely and cries loudly. She becomes senseless and has irregular bowls and gastro problem.
