my left ear is making a popping noise when i breath in through my nose i havent had a cold in a very long time but i do get a bit of hayfever everyknow and then i have had the popping for few days now but did have it 2 months ago and it went away on its own but is back what can i do?
It may be due to dysfunction eustachian tube or incompetence of eustachian tube. Use water vapor inhalation and salt water gargling for five days. Please consult with your ENT specialist, he will do an endoscopy, see the causative and treat you accordingly.
