Well, a severe form of dry mouth and frequent urination can be early indications of Diabetes Mellitus as dry mouth can be an oral manifestation of diabetes.. You should consult a Physician and get evaluated and proper investigations like fasting and post prandial blood sugar levels and HbA1c levels has to be done for ruling out the cause. In case if the blood sugar levels are higher than normal then oral hypoglycemic drugs will be advised along with dietary modifications and regular exercises. Also to reduce dry mouth you can chew sugarfree chewing gums and suck tart candies. Using artificial saliva drops and specialised mouthwashes like biotene can help in reducing dry mouth..
Hops your query is resolved..
Regards.
