Suggest Treatment For Dizzy Spells And Nausea
Hi I have been having dizzy spells and nausea ... I feel like vomiting the moment I sit up or stand ... All started a few days ago I are cereal and has to drive 3 hrs to help a friend half way there I got really car sick with h usually happens if I m not driving but I was driving .. Ever since then I get light headed and the top if my head tingles and then I vomit after I vomit my eyes cross and I get dizzy UNTIL I lay and close my eyes ... Idk what is going on ... Also once I vomit I get a discharge from my vigina smells slightly of mildew ... Please help

Dizziness and vertigo are commonly related to the inner ear. The most common inner ear conditions that cause this problem are: (1) meniere's disease - episodes last a few minutes , associated with hearing loss and tinnitus
(2)benign paroxysmal positional vertigo- episodes lasts seconds to minutes, vary with head position
Treated with epley maneuver.
(3)vestibular neuronitis- lasts for hours
None of these is fatal but can be very uncomfortable.
There are medications that can be used for a short time to help eg dramamine or valium.
Your doctor, by examination can determine which is present
If you have a vaginal odor and/or discharge an infection may be present that needs treatment
