Suggest Treatment For Dizziness, Chest Pain And Pain In The Arms

My son has diabetes. Recently he has been having dizziness, chest pain, pain in arms and legs, and feeling weak. Saw doctors, One said it is neuropathy. He went to ER, after waiting hours, he was told nothing is wrong and sent home. I am his mother, and concerned.

is it well under control
when did you last get tested
what is the age of patient
right or left chest pain, get ecg and chest x Ray
Get routine blood test done
Rule out any building complications due to diabetes
Please Attach the report of neurological testing to guide you in detail

Please consult doctor
Get physically examined
Get investigated to rule out any medical conditions
diet modification
Avoid alcohol, spicy, fried, fatty, oily, junk, smoking, non veg, heavy meals, cold food or liquid
Plenty of water and fluids
Take a healthy balanced nutritional diet
any other associated symptoms
Avoid stress, strain, exertion
