General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

As per my surgical experience, the issue with urinary discomfort is in relation to condom catheter-related infections (which can be present in absence of fever).

My suggestions at present
- get culture report of the urine and jelly-like discharge done in the microbiology lab
- keep the genitals clean with an antiseptic solution after retracting the foreskin totally over the back
- maintain hydration with plenty of liquids
- control of blood sugar.

Regular follow up with your PCP.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
