Hi Im 19 years old I feel like there s something stuck in my throat for the last 2 days and my chest hurts so I look at the back of my throat wit a flash light and I see a gray looking ball on the left side of my throat can any 1 tell me what this is

Your symptoms are suggestive of an upper airway infection. For this reason, I recommend consulting with your attending physician or an ENT specialist for a physical exam and some tests (a throat discharge bacterial culture, a chest X-ray study, complete blood count, PCR, ESR for inflammation). You may need to take antibiotics.
