Hi,Welcome to Health care magic forum.
It appears that he has a scratch in the oesophagus, by the fish bone and that would have been infected. If the bone is there will be more pain and infection.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms anaesthetic antacid gel, cifixime, ornidazole, and paracetamol.
Avoid taking spices, junk foods, and oily foods. Also avoid untimely foods.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
