hello doctor i am a male age of 32 yrs for my marriage 1yr 4 months completed i am planning for baby, but ia having problem regarding sex my weight is 82kg while intercoarse i dont know wheather semens enter into my wifes vagina i dont feel satisfied while intercoarse but when i press by hand it is possible for me.

Hello dear,reduce your weight for healthy sexual life.if you ejaculate inside vagina, semen will enter inside it don't be worried about it.You didn't tell about your wife's weight , is she also overweight.If you are having proper erection you will be able to make her pregnant.if things don't improve in few months you can go for tests to rule out infertility.
