Urologist 's  Response
Hello
Thanks or query .

You are facing problem of Erectile Dysfunction .The cause of ED at this age could be either
1) Psychogenic in origin
2) Vasculogenic in nature and needs to be investigated

Consult qualified Urologist for detail physical examination and get following basic blood tests done to trace out cause for Ed
1) Blood sugar
2) serum Testosterone
3) Thyroid Hormone studies

If these tests are normal you will need to get Color Doppler Penile scan done to rule out vasculogenic cause for your Ed

Further treatment will depend upon the cause for your ED .

Thanks
Dr.Patil.,
