Suggest Treatment For Difficult Breathing And Pressure Behind Eyes

my husband is having difficulty breathing and having alot of pressure behind his eyes. he was admitted recently after an episode of not being able to breathe. his oxygen level was at 53 though it has gotten a little better it is still difficult for him to breathe.

Hello dear Greetings
Regarding your husband symptoms of difficulty in breathing I am suggesting the following differential diagnosis
Congestive heart failure
Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease
Acute chest syndrome
Bronchial ashma
Please let him check his blood pressure and do the following test
Chest x-ray
ECG
EKG
Pulmonary function test
Meanwhile see cardiologist specialist with the result further clinical assessment and adequate drug prescription
Following his experience of pressure behind the eyes I am suggesting a possibility of developing a glaucoma
Let him see an ophthalmologist specialist for expert management
